Mount Carmel College (TAS)

Strengthening a whole-school approach to wellbeing, one check-in at a time

Catholic Primary & Middle School (Foundation to Year 10)

Mount Carmel College wanted to better understand students’ wellbeing at key stages of social, emotional, and developmental change. Check-ins helped uncover student challenges that hadn’t been visible, and both whole-school and individual outcomes offered new perspectives on student wellbeing.

Insights from My Mind Check are now actively helping the school reshape their wellbeing approach and guide future priorities.

“It’s been great in finding students who weren’t on our radar... we’ve been really impressed.” – Director of Wellbeing & Teacher, Mount Carmel College, Tasmania

St. Luke’s Grammar School (NSW)

Creating space for students to speak up about their wellbeing

Independent Christian School (Foundation to Year 12)

St Luke’s Grammar School introduced My Mind Check to strengthen its ability to identify and support students with previously undetected wellbeing needs. My Mind Check equipped staff with a valuable new source of insight and gave students an additional, accessible way to communicate when they’re finding things difficult.

Staff observed a noticeable shift in students’ comfort and confidence — check-ins helped destigmatise wellbeing conversations and surface needs that might otherwise have gone unnoticed.
