My Mind Check returns with renewed government funding
10 March 2026
We’re pleased to announce that My Mind Check relaunched in March 2026 thanks to
renewed Australian Government funding as part of a $41 million education support
package.
The renewed funding enables us to:
- Support schools throughout the 2026 school year – available now!
- Help schools enhance their wellbeing and anti-bullying initiatives through our
proactive, evidence-based student check-in platform.
My Mind Check empowers schools to take a proactive approach to student wellbeing
through evidence-based mental health check-ins. Benefits include:
- Early identification – Spot potential concerns before they escalate.
- Student voice – Give young people meaningful opportunities to share their
perspective on their wellbeing and bullying experiences. - Educator confidence – Practical tools and resources that build staff capability
in addressing and responding to student mental health and wellbeing. - Real outcomes – Research shows a 20% reduction in emotional difficulties and a
30% improvement in attendance simply by conducting check-ins. - Seamless integration – Ready-to-use tools that work with your existing school
frameworks. - Family and caregiver collaboration – Facilitate important conversations between
schools, students, and families.
We understand that schools have had to manage without the platform over recent months, and we appreciate the sector’s patience and continued advocacy for evidence-based student mental health check-ins.
Schools interested in joining My Mind Check can enquire by completing our enquiry form.
